No – we’re a wholesale supplier, but hobbyists and sole traders are welcome too. Just order as an individual if you’re starting out.
Our minimums are kept low so you can start small and scale up. Check each product page for available sizes. Need bulk quantities (e.g. a 180kg drum of Castor Oil, 1000kg of Citric Acid or 5kg of fragrance oil)? Get in touch at orders@catenza.com.au and we’ll sort it out for you.
Most of our raw materials are sourced from China. We keep prices low by consolidating orders into fewer, larger shipments rather than frequent small ones. Our suppliers source their own raw materials from overseas and refine or process them before we receive them.
Yes – our fragrance oils are IFRA-compliant, and our essential oils are GC-FID tested. SDS available on request.
Yes, they’re food grade. However, we don’t currently hold the licence to sell them for food production purposes – our range is intended for cosmetic and soap-making use.
